WhatsApp and Meta may also process technical and account information under their own policies.
2. Health-related information
Messages about tests, symptoms, prescriptions or reports may contain sensitive health information. Please share only information necessary to arrange your requested service. Do not send payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords or unrelated confidential information through the Bot.
3. How we use information
We use your information to answer enquiries, provide test and price information, create and manage bookings, arrange home collection, provide appointment or report-status updates, connect you with a staff member, maintain service quality, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal or health information.
4. Automated responses and human support
The Bot may use automated rules or artificial intelligence to understand and answer messages. Conversations may be reviewed by authorised Nidan staff when assistance, quality review or escalation is required. You can request a human representative at any time by typing “HUMAN” or calling us.
5. WhatsApp communications and consent
By starting a conversation or expressly opting in, you authorise Nidan to respond on WhatsApp about your enquiry or booking. Service messages may include confirmations, reminders and report-availability notices. We will send marketing messages only where permitted and with the required consent. Reply “STOP” at any time to opt out of non-essential WhatsApp messages. Essential replies relating to an active booking may still be sent where necessary.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share information only with authorised Nidan personnel, laboratories or collection staff involved in your requested service, and technology providers that operate our website, booking systems, WhatsApp Business Platform or secure data storage. Meta and WhatsApp process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect safety and legal rights.
7. Retention and security
We retain conversations and booking information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal or regulatory duties. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by us, withdraw consent, or opt out of WhatsApp messages. Send your request from the relevant phone number to our support email or WhatsApp number. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required.
9. Children
The Bot is intended for adults. A parent or lawful guardian should communicate on behalf of a minor and should not allow a child to submit personal or health information without supervision.
10. Medical and emergency notice
The Bot is not a doctor, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for urgent medical decisions. Contact a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency service for urgent assistance.

We may update this Policy to reflect service, legal or platform changes. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised Policy will apply to future interactions.
