By messaging or continuing to use the Nidan Pathology WhatsApp Bot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Bot and contact us by phone or through our website.
1. Purpose of the Bot
The Bot provides general information about laboratory tests, prices, locations, operating hours, bookings, home sample collection and report availability. Features may change or be unavailable without notice.
2. No medical advice
Bot responses are informational and administrative only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, interpretation of results or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor about symptoms, test selection and results.
3. No emergency service
WhatsApp and the Bot do not provide access to emergency services. Do not use the Bot for a medical emergency. Contact local emergency services or visit the nearest appropriate medical facility.
4. Accuracy and confirmation
We aim to keep information accurate, but automated answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Prices, availability, preparation requirements, turnaround times and appointment slots are subject to confirmation by Nidan staff. A Bot response does not guarantee a booking until you receive confirmation.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have authority to provide information relating to another person, protect your device and WhatsApp account, and use the Bot lawfully. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, send malicious content to, impersonate another person through, or attempt unauthorised access to the Bot.
6. Consent to communications
When you initiate a chat or opt in, you agree to receive responses and service messages related to your enquiry or booking. Marketing communications require the applicable permission. You may reply “STOP” to withdraw from non-essential messages or block the business account through WhatsApp.
7. Sensitive information
Do not send payment-card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, government identification numbers or information unrelated to your diagnostic request. If you submit a prescription or health-related information, you confirm that you are authorised to share it for the requested service.
8. Third-party platform
The Bot operates using WhatsApp Business services supplied by WhatsApp and Meta and may use authorised technology providers. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policies. Nidan does not control the availability or independent processing practices of those third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The Nidan name, branding, website, Bot content and service materials belong to Nidan or their respective licensors. You may use Bot information for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with Nidan’s services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nidan is not liable for loss caused by reliance on automated information, delays, messaging or network failures, unauthorised access to your device, third-party platform outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or stop Bot access if we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable laws, WhatsApp policies or the rights and safety of others are being violated.
12. Privacy

13. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms, and the effective date above will identify the latest version.
